WARRINGTON Wolves captain Adrian Morley has been voted Player of the Year by the All Party Parliamentary Rugby League Group.
Adrian was presented with his prize at the Warrington v Wigan match when he said a big thank you to all those who voted.
“It will take pride of place at home. Rugby League is very much a team sport but it is always rewarding to receive individual honours as well.”
The award marks contributions to the sport last season which included Adrian captaining the Wolves to victory at Wembley in the Challenge Cup.

I used to think he was a bit of a thug and cheap shot merchant, but I met the guy last night when he, along with James Graham and Jamie Peacock, came over the snow covered pennines to join Eorl Crabtree’s testimonial dinner. I’ve learnt that you can’t judge a book by it’s cover, top bloke is Mozza he’s Rugby through and through.
