Meeting falls victim to weather

A MEETING organised by the Stronger Together in Warrington movement for Monday, January 11, has fallen victim to the weather.
The Stronger Together in Stockton Heath meeting has been cancelled because of the extreme weather conditions.
A new date will be announced in due course, but anyone requiring more details should call area coordinator Stephen Murphy on 07827 232563.
Stronger Together is a pilot project for the introduction of neighbourhood working across the borough. Its success in other areas has encouraged partners to commit to ensuring that everyone in Warrington is able to benefit from this way of working.
Neighbourhood working is now being rolled out across the borough with the aim of improving the quality of life for local people.

  1. Aren’t you the bloody hero then!

Difference is that you are paid, many of those who attend the Stronger Together meetings aren’t, and those who are will just get on with their normal work.
