A FIRE which wrecked a garden shed at Padgate, Warrington is believed to have been started deliberately.
The blaze was at a house in Blenheim Close shortly before 10.30pm last night.
Fire crews extinguished the blaze and there was no damage to the adjoining house. But valuable property, including garden machinery, which should have been in the shed, was missing.
A Fire Service spokesman said: “It looked as if someone had broken in, stolen property and then set the shed on fire.
“All that was left was the shell.”
Police have been informed of the incident.
