Hospital lottery
WINNING numbers in the weekly lottery run by the League of Friends of Warrington Hospital were 8, 9, 10 and 12 – but nobody had them. The jackpot prize will be rolled over to next week. A £25 consolation prize was awarded to a member of the hospital staff.

MEMBERS of Warrington and district Camera Club are holding a competition entitled “The Great Outdoors” at their meeting at Grappenhall Youth and Community Association, Bellhouse Lane, Grappenhall tonight (Monday). The evening starts at 7.30pm.
Pub facelift
THE Prince of Wales pub, in Scotland Road, Warrington, is to be given a facelift with a new door, chimney, refurshed staircase and replacement windows.
