A 42-year-old Spaniard has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving following a crash on the A49 near Warrington.
The man, Carlos Pulido-Sanchez, was charged at Vale Royal Magistrates Court.
The collision, which involved the death of a 43-year-old man, Michael Gidney, from Wardle, Cheshire, occurred in Tarporley Road, Lower Whitley on September 9.
