Customer care charter launched

WARRINGTON Borough Council has officially launched its new Customer Care Charter – coinciding with the start of National Customer Service Week.
The charter sets out the standards of service that residents can expect when contacting the council.
Customer Service Week aims to raise awareness of customer service and throughout the week a suggestion box will be in the Contact Warrington on Horsemarket Street for residents to make suggestions about services offered by the council.
