A total of 10,517 calls were dealt with by the charity that supports people with all aspects of disability-related matters. These include independent living equipment, employment, Direct Payments and equipment loans.
All calls taken were passed to advisors, support workers or volunteers within the team who gave information, advice, guidance and support.
