WARRINGTON Wolves first team coach Jimmy Lowes (pictured right) will remain at the club for next season after agreeing a one year contract extension.
He will continue to work alongside Head of Coaching and Rugby Tony Smith.
Meanwhile Richard Marshall (pictured left) will maintain his primary role as Reserves Team Coach but will also actively assist Tony and Jimmy with the first team.
Wolves boss Tony Smith is looking to use the off-season to refocus the ‘behind the scenes system’.
Chris Baron will join the club on a two-year deal as Head of Strength and Conditioning ahead of the pre-season. Chris joins the Wolves from his current position at the high-profile Rugby Union club Leicester Tigers, who were recently named Guinness Premiership Champions for 2009.
The current Reserves Team physio Andrew McDonough will also be taking on a full-time role at the club to assist Head Physio John Hartley.
For the start of pre-season training the Wolves will have a centralised training facility based at the University of Chester Padgate campus.
This will give the first team access to a new purpose built state-of-the-art gym, playing facilities, physiotherapy rooms and video analysis suites, providing the Warrington Wolves First Team with a ‘Centre of Excellence’ for all year round training.
