A WARRINGTON chef has won a chance to cook with celebrity TV chef Jean-Christophe Novelli.
Jo Wynn, head chef at the Black Swan, will be travelling to Chesterfield tomorrow (Wednesday) to take part in a masterclass with the Michelin starred chef.
Not only will he learn specialist skills, new recipes and a few trade secrets, he’ll also take part in a cook-off to win a VIP visit from Jean-Christophe Novelli.
The masterclasses have been organised by Carlsberg as part of their We Deliver More campaign to help boost pub, restaurant and club businesses by offering them new skills and sales and marketing opportunities.
Jo said: “I can’t believe we have the chance to learn from probably the best chef in the world! We know the competition is going to be tough, but we’re determined to win a VIP visit from Jean-Christophe Novelli.”
The winner of the cook-off will be announced at the masterclass, and Jean- Christophe Novelli will be making his VIP appearance on October 19.
