Church window
PLANS for the replacement of a large feature window in the sanctuary at St Mary’s RC Church, Buttermarket Street, Warrington, have been approved by borough planners.
Memorial concert
A CONCERT in memorial of the late Roy Waterfield, rock ‘n’ roll fan and motor cycle enthusiast, takes place at Warrington’s Alliance Club tonight (Saturday) in aid of Newlove Warrington and Leukaemia Research. Featured band is the Ramshackle Daddies.
Museum plan
AN existing sky light on the front elevation of Warrington’s Grade 2 listed Museum and Art Gallery building, facing Bold Street, can be removed and replaced with slate roofing, planning chiefs have decided. Internal alterations have also been approved.

School reunion
