Law firm's quality award

WARRINGTON’s largest legal practice has again been awarded a national quality standard by The Law Society.
Forshaws Davies Ridgway LLP (FDR) has again received the Lexcel Quality Standard, following the first assessment by inspectors since the joining together of Forshaws and Davies Ridgway a year ago.
The evaluation covered all practice areas and all offices within FDR. Lexcel is regarded as the leading standard for legal professionals, is independent and covers all aspects of client care and practice management.
Deborah Hodd (pictured), member at FDR, said: “We are delighted that after a thorough and rigorous independent assessment, the Law Society has not only awarded us their prized quality standard but also provided some fantastic comments about specific areas of good practice.
“Client care and providing a good quality legal service is at the heart of everything we do, so to retain Lexcel approval is great news, especially as the practice has changed so much over the past year.”
