Howzat for a fun day?

RAIN may have stopped play in most cricket matches in the Warrington area at the weekend – but it didn’t put a damper on Glazebury Cricket Club’s annual Fun Day.
Crowds of people turned up for the event in the beer garden at the Chat Moss Hotel to enjoy a wide range of activities.
There were stalls, games and competitions with club members all doing their bit to raise funds for the club.
The fun day is the club’s main fund-raising event of the year so the absence of rain was a big bonus.
