A WARRINGTON school that specialises in media and arts has produced a promotional video for a local community grants charity.
Penketh High School has made a video to raise awareness of Warrington Grassroots – which is administered by Warrington Council for Voluntary Services and offers grants to local community groups.
The video includes interviews with community groups that have benefited from grants and with local businesses who are getting involved in the fund’s Endowment Challenge. It will be screened throughout the town.
Jonathan Kay, of the school, said: “It was great for the students to get involved as they could see the good work that Grassroots was doing in the community.”
