GEORGE Sampson’s mother pleaded not guilty to a charge of fly tipping when she appeared at Warrington Magistrates’ Court.
Lesley Anne Sampson, aged 40, was accused of dumping 16 bags of rubbish at the rear of her home in Lyster Close, Birchwood, Warrington between September last year and January this year.
The mother of last year’s Britain’s Got Talent winner had twice previously failed to appear before the court.
The 40-year-old, who has twice previously failed to appear before magistrates, was freed on bail and excused from attending a further pre-trial hearing to take place next month. She will appear for trial at a later date.
