WARRINGTON-based engineering, safety and risk management consultancy ESR Technology has appointed Peter Roscoe as the new general manager of its Power Generation Group.
He will be responsible for leading, managing and growing the Power Generation business.
The group’s technical services will focus on supporting the safety, operational and regulatory requirements of the power industry worldwide.
Mr Roscoe (pictured) began his career at the UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA) where he worked in a variety of engineering and project management roles within the power sector, including a three-year stint as manager of the Inspection Validation Centre, before becoming AEA Technology’s corporate account manager for British Energy.
Over the past 11 years he has worked for AEA Technology and then Serco Technical and Assurance Services as a senior manager of various key departments including its Engineering Integrity and Asset Management divisions. More recently he was operations manager of the Emerging Business Group.
