Improving health and well-being

A NEW partnership has been formed to help improve the health and well being of Warrington people.
NHS Warrington and Warrington Borough Council are strengthening their partnership by setting up a regular senior level joint board meeting, to look at what areas of work can be better done together.
The Health and Social Care Concordat cements this partnership and was signed by representatives from both organisations.
It aims to improve services for patients, service users and their families.
Pictured at the signing are Ian Marks, leader of Warrington Borough Council, Diana Terris, chief executive of the council, Andrew Burgess, chief executive of NHS Warrington and John Gartside, chairman of the NHS Warrington Board.
