A FIRE alert at a Warrington pub sent fire crews racing to the scene.
The blaze involved an external light cable at the Muscrat Manor public house in Manchester Road, Woolston.
It had been extinguished by the time firefighters reached the scene but crews isolated the electrics. No serious damage was caused.
