Extension opposed
LYMM Parish Council has lodged an objection to a plan to build a single-storey front extension at a house in Crouchley Hall Mews, Lymm on the grounds that it would be out of keeping with other houses within the development.

Hospital lottery
WINNING numbers in the weekly lottery run by the League of Friends of Warrington Hospital were 3, 9, 13 and 16 – and one person claimed the jackpot prize of £696. A £25 consolation prize went to a member of the hospital staff.

Fashion show
A SUMMER fashion show to raise money for the Warrington Wolves Foundation will take place at the Cockhedge Shopping Centre, Warrington on Saturday, June 6. It starts at 1pm.

Annual meeting
THE annual general meeting of Warrington Town Centre Residents’ Association will take place at The Gateway, Sankey Street on Monday (June 1) at 7pm.

Cash boost
THE church hall at St Mary Magdalene’s Church, Dingleway, Appleton, is to be modernised thanks to a £50,000 grant from environmental.

School reunion
