A WARRINGTON kitchen retailer and installer has been awarded MasterPartner status by kitchen appliance manufacturer Neff.
JD Kitchens, of Gorsey Lane, Warrington held a special launch event for clients and prospective customers to celebrate the award.
Only a few hundred stockists across the county have been awarded MasterPartner status and JD Kitchens is the only one in the Warrington area.
The company can also claim to be the only local member of The Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association (www.kbsa.org.uk) and a Trustmark approved company.
Trustmark is a scheme backed by the Government to recognise reliable and trustworthy, professional tradesmen.
Manager Dave Charlton said: “In these increasingly difficult times, customers need to be sure they are dealing with a financially sound and reputable company. Being a Neff MasterPartner, a member of the KBSA and a Trustmark approved company reassures our customers that we are well-regarded and reliable.
“Through the KBSA, we have chosen to provide all our customers, free of charge, with the comprehensive ConsumerCare Plus Protection Scheme which covers customer deposits, advanced payments, work-in-progress and a six-year warranty. So, even in these unprecedented times, all of our customers can be sure that their money is protected.”
The event was used to launch Neff’s revolutionary new oven facility, the SlideAway door which, by gliding neatly under the oven, allows plenty of room in a tight space and provides easy access to the oven interior for safe, stylish and convenient cooking.
Home economist Myfanwy Stubbs gave a practical demonstration of a range of Neff appliances – such as ultra-powerful, electromagnetic induction hobs which stay cool even when the saucepan is hot, and Telescopic FlexiRail oven shelves which make it easier to baste joints and avoid nasty burns.
Ian Adams, Neff’s area business manager was also on hand to act as sous-chef and to draw the winning entry for one lucky customer in a free prize draw to win a set of designer saucepans worth £125.
