BANK manager Clare Sanders will be the voice of Warrington Horse Show on Bank Holiday Monday.
Clare was on her first day in her new role as senior bank manager for NewWest in Northwich when she was approached by show organisers and asked if she would be a commentator.
As Clare has her own horses and actively supports the local Riding for the Disabled, she jumped at the chance and will now be one of the key voices at the show at Hall Lane Farm, Daresbury on May 25.
Warrington Horse Show is a celebration of all things equestrian. It combines top showing and competition action with an entertainment filled family event. Located in Daresbury Village, the Show encompasses a huge variety of attractions. From the spectacular national and international show jumping competitions to extensive showing classes and enthralling displays, it has a breadth and variety which will appeal to everyone in the equestrian world.
There are also special shows for dogs and fancy dress competitions.
Linda Harper, one of the show organisers said: “The show very much relies on volunteers to be successful, and knowing of Clare’s love for horses and her involvement with Riding for the Disabled, I thought she would be ideal as a commentator on the 25th. The show is a very important event on the local calendar and we are hoping for a great turn out, great competitions, great fund raising and of course some great commentary from Clare!”
