A CAR parked on the driveway of a house in Warrington caught fire – and the blaze spread to a garage.
The outbreak was at a house in Gairloch Close, Cinnamon Brow.
Firefighters from Birchwood – supported by one appliance from Warrington – turned out to a report of a car on fire.
But when they reached the scene they found the vehicle and a garage building were on fire.
Four firefighters wearing breathing apparatus tackled the blaze with two hose reel jets.
The cause is being investigated.
