A chance to meet your PCSOs

RESIDENTS of Grappenhall and Thelwall can meet their local Police Community Support Officers at a special surgery tomorrow (Tuesday).
PCSOs Victoria Fox and Alex Stacey are hosting a drop-in surgery for the local community at All Saints Parish Hall, Bell Lane, Thelwall, between 2.30pm and 4.30pm.
They will be on hand to talk to local residents about any issues in the area – and to offer valuable crime reduction advice if needed.
PCSO Fox said: “We are looking at different ways of engaging with the local community and these surgeries are a great way for local people to meet us face-to-face.
“We are aware that some people can find it quite daunting speaking at local community meetings – so surgeries like these are of real benefit as they are informal and allow us to speak to people we otherwise might not hear from – and ensure that we are dealing with those problems that cause the most concern.
“We want residents to get involved by telling us what issues most concern them. Letting us know about any problems allows us to really get to grips with what is happening in the area and decide on the best ways of dealing with any issues.”
Anyone who cannot get to the surgery but would like to speak to a PCSO can call 0845 458 6372.
