POLICE and environmental health officers at Warrington have seized televisions, audio systems and other equipment from a “noisy neighbour.”
A DVD player, video player and hundreds of CDs were also removed from the housing association home at Fearnhead.
The action resulted from a breach of a Statutory Noise Nuisance Notice previously issue by the borough council.
The occupier of the house will, as a result, be without a television or music system for a period of 28 days.
A council spokeswoman said: “If you have any issues with nuisance noise in your area contact your local Environmental Health team on 01925 443322 or by emailing [email protected]
