Property company provides timely boost

WARRINGTON Town Centre has received a major boost with the opening of a new property company.
The Mayor of Warrington Coun Graham Welborn and Council Leader Ian Marks were on hand to officially open the premises of Liam James Residential Ltd in Cairo Street, Warrington.
Established in 2005 in Manchester the family owned property lettings and management business was started by Ian Beamish, who has named it after his 11-year-old son Liam James.
The company specialises in investment property sales and independent mortgage advice and is currently managing over £26 million pounds of property on behalf of clients in the North West.
Offering an unbeatable £150 letting fee and 8 per cent management fee, with tenant referencing from just £25 Ian is delighted to have expanded his portfolio into the Warrington area.
“Despite the tough economic times we see Warrington as a boom town,” he said.
Coun Marks said: “It is good to see a Manchester based company expanding into Warrington and the opening of this new business has provided a timely boost for the town centre economy.
