THE sixth annual Stockton Heath Beer and Wine Festival is to take place on Saturday, April 25.
Organised by the 4th Warrington Scout Group, the event will again by held at the Scout Centre in Parkgate Road, Stockton Heath.
Organisers say the last two years have been a complete sell-out so it is advisable to reserve tickets early.
The emphasis will be on real ale and “Wobbly Bob” – the festival favourite for the last five years – will again be available along with a selection of beers and ciders chosen by the Campaign for Real Ale.
Wine sponsor this year will be Bargain Booze who will be selecting wines from around the world.
There will also be food and the popular Chicago Teddy Bears jazz band will provide music to make the event go with a swing.
Tickets are available from Bargain Booze, Smart Carpets and Furnishings, Microbitz Computers or from Peter Ratcliffe on 01925 264122.
The event is in aid of scout group funds.
