A MAN is to appear before Warrington Magistrates on March 16 charged with making a malicious ‘phone call.
The 39-year-old from St Helens is currently on bail but was charged on February 27.
The charge relates to an incident last November when a Warrington woman allegedly received a malicious phone call.
