Police in high speed car chase

POLICE were involved in a high-speed chase involving a stolen car in the Warrington area early today.
The car, a black Audi A6, had been stolen in the Nottingham area.
Cheshire Police chased the vehicle along the M6 and various other roads before it was eventually forced to stop on the car park of the Stretton Fox public house at Stretton.
The three occupants, aged 24, 23 and 19, all from Liverpool, are now being questioned by police.
They are being held on suspicion of several offences including burglary and theft of a motor vehicle.
No-one was hurt during the chase.
The three will eventually be taken back to Nottingham, where the original offence took place.
