MORE than two months after two men burst into a shop and stole cash, police at Warrington have released pictures from the store’s CCTV system.
The raid was at the Bargain Booze shop in Cawdor Street, Stockton Heath on December 1.
The two men entered the shop brandishing a crowbar and screwdriver. They demanded cash from the till and took a purse from the lone cashier. They fled the scene in a silver car, possibly a Vauxhall Corsa or Renault Clio.
The offenders were wearing gloves and scarves which obscured their faces and spoke with Merseyside accents.
Police say one had acne scars on his cheeks.
Anyone who has information about the raid, or who recognises the man in the picture, is asked to call DC Richard Kennedy on 01244 614855 or the anonymous Crimestoppers line 0800 555 111.
