Sunshine and snow forecast for town

MORE snow is forecast for Warrington – but only after a sunny day today.
The Met Office is predicting very mixed weather for the area over the weekend.
But yesterday’s snow flurry in the morning failed to turn into anything serious and Warrington escaped the drama of blocked roads, stranded motorists and closed schools which affected other parts of the country.
Today the weathermen say Warrington will be sunny until this evening when there could be light snow showers.
Tomorrow (Saturday) will see a mixture of sunshine and snow showers around midday.
Sunday promises sleet showers, with heavy snow at night. And Monday will be sunny.
But the Met Office admits forecasting is difficult at the moment and changes its forecasts at regular intervals.
