Planners approve five-storey block

PLANNERS at Warrington have given the go-ahead for a five-storey building in the heart of one of the town centre’s most important conservation areas.
The scheme involves the demolition of Holy Trinity Church Vicarage, in Palmyra Square North to make way for the new building.
This would have a restaurant on the ground floor with offices on the upper floors.
The scheme has been approved by officers using powers delegated to them by the borough council’s development control committee.
