A walk with nature

A GUIDED walk is to take place at Moore Nature Reserve on Sunday, January 25.
The three mile walk, leg by a ranger, will include visit to bird hides overlooking the River Mersey.
Anyone who wants to take part should meet at the crossroads on Lapwing Lane, near the blue Moore Nature Reserve sign at 10am.
There is no charge for the walk, which will go from the nature reserve to Upper Moss Side, a new site owned by the Forestry Commission.
The walk is the first in a series of events at the nature reserve throughout the year.
