Pressure mounts on Moore

PRESSURE mounted on Warrington Town manager Paul Moore as he saw his dis-spirited team crash to a 0-2 home defeat to lowly Harrogate Railway.
Warrington had the better chances in the first half and missed a couple of golden opportunities to take the lead.
But when Harrogate striker Ben Jones scored from close range on the hour Town’s heads dropped and it was no surprise when they went two behind seven minutes later when a long range effort from substituteMarc Thompson looped over keeper Richie Mottram.
Town have now gone seven games without a win and are languishing fourth bottom in the table after high hopes of competing for the play-offs at the start of the season.
