PART of a footpath in a busy village centre will be closed temporarily to allow adjacent building work to be carried out.
The footway closure on Pepper Street, Lymm, is from its junction with Rectory Lane for a distance of 35 metres in an easterly direction. The path will close from Friday, December 5, for about six months.
The alternative route will be via the northern footway on Pepper Street.
Closure is to allow for construction works to new properties at the junction of Pepper Street and Rectory Lane to be carried out.
