A 15-year-old girl is in hospital after being involved in a road accident at Warrington.
The accident occurred in Benson Road, Birchwood as the girl was crossing the road.
She was involved in a collision with a blue Fiat Punto driven by a 54-year-old woman.
The girl’s condition in Warrington Hospital is described as “comfortable”.
Police are appealing for witnesses of the incident which was at 4.50pm yesterday (Tuesday).
