THE North East Cheshire Flower Club, which meets every month at Appleton Parish Hall, near Warrington, celebrated its Golden Anniversary with a special lunch.
More than 80 members attended and enjoyed a three course lunch followed by a champagne toast given by Mrs Valerie Best, NAFA chairman.
They then had a superb demonstration by national demonstrator, Derek Bridges.
Three past chairmen and a founder member, Anne Forsyth, were also able to attend.
