MP becomes Government Whip

A WARRINGTON MP has accepted a position in the Government Whips’ office in Prime Minister Gordon Brown’s reshuffle.
Helen Jones, the MP for Warrington North was offered and accepted the post over the weekend and took up her duties yesterday (Monday).
Ms Jones has been a Warrington MP since 1997.
