Library to help with family histories

A LIBRARY celebrating its 40th birthday is to help visitors research into their own past.
Experts will be on hand at Woolston Library on to help people trace their family tree and offer handy tips on researching family history online.
Staff from Warrington Museum will also be present to examine family heirlooms and find out their history.
For youngsters interested in the future as well as the past, there will be a Dr Who session when children can create their own moving Daleks and much more.
In the afternoon there will be a health and fitness afternoon, with a “wellness check” and birthday stories for children, crafts and a birthday cake.
All the activities are free and take place September 16-20.
