FIRE crews were called to a kitchen fire at Grappenhall, near Warrington this afternoon.
The blaze was at a house in Ashley Close shortly before 2.30pm.
At first, firefighters believed there were people trapped inside but all persons were accounted for and no-one was hurt.
Three appliances from Warrington and Stockton Heath went to the scene, but the fire was out before they got there
