Barn dance will aid children's hospital

VILLAGERS are being offered the chance to roll back the years and take part in a barn dance to raise money for a children’s hospital.
Croft Riding Centre are hosting the event to raise money for Alder Hay Children’s Hospital and the International League for the Protection of Horses.
Adults and children will have the chance to take part in a dance, enjoy music from a folk band and sample the delights of a hog roast.
The dance takes place on Saturday, August 9 from 7.30pm onwards.
Tickets are priced at £7.50 for adults and £5 for children.
