Summer workshops are family friendly

FREE, family-friendly workshops are being held throughout the summer at Warrington Museum and Art Gallery.
The fun sessions are aimed at three to 12-year-olds. And children must be accompanied by an adult – so there is the chance for adults to join in too.
Activities include a book trail around the museum which links popular objects in the museum’s collection with some well known children’s books. And those who get all the answers right will receive a bookmark.
Diary dates are:
Tuesday July 29, Funny Fish, create your own colourful fish.
Thursday July 31, Doyathinkisaurus? Make a sleeping dinosaur.
Tuesday August 5, Baby Bear – make a bear puppet.
Thursday August 7, Through the Porthole – make a porthole for your window.
Tuesday August 12, Stone the Crows – make your own crow scarer.
Thursday August 14, Crowning Glory – make a crown and be king or queen for a day.
