Objections to house plan

AN application for a four-bedroom detached house in a Warrington village would mean “overdevelopment” of the site according to objectors.
The application, for land at the rear of 27 Grappenhall Road, Stockton Heath, is recommended for approval subject to conditions to Warrington’s Development Control Committee tomorrow (Thursday).
Objections have been made by neighbours, a local councillor and Stockton Heath Parish Council. They say the property would be out of character with the area, would overshadow neighbouring properties and result in trees being cut down and access problems.
The parish council claim it would be “overdevelopment of the plot” and cause problems for neighbours.
