MATURE movers in Warrington are being given the chance to hone their skills and get some exercise with new dance classes.
At just £2 per class, the Mature Movers dance classes will give men and women over 50 the chance to stay fit and active.
Being run at St Elphin’s Community Centre on Catherine’s Way from 10am to 11am, the classes include steps such as salsa, the grapevine and aerobic routines.
Similar classes in Penketh and Stockton Heath have nearly reached full capacity within weeks of opening.
Classes at the community centre start on Monday. For more information contact Jo Norton on 01925 638 783 or Arnold Wright on 01925 821 048.
