A CULCHETH-based organisation is inviting new members – who have a taste for wine.
Anyone who would like to find out more about tasting wines may be interested in joining Daten Wine Circle.
The group meets in the Ariel Lounge at Culcheth Sports and Social Club on the third Wednesday of every month at 8pm.
A spokesman said: “At a wine tasting evening, usually six different wines provided by local merchants are sampled and discussed. There is also cheese and biscuits to enjoy and good company to share the evening with.”
The group also organises a series of quizzes and a dinner out in the summer.
Currently annual fees are £8 a year, and meeting costs are usually about £6. People can visit as a guest initially before deciding whether to join.
