POLICE are hunting two men who terrorised staff at a Warrington convenience store with an axe and a knife.
The pair got away with cash and other property from the Spar Shop in Thelwall New Road, Grappenhall leaving staff badly shocked.
One member of staff was struck with the axe during the raid, but was not seriously hurt.
The raid was at about 5pm on Friday (May 23) although police did not release details until today (Tuesday).
