A WARRINGTON Lions’ Club has been selected to host next year’s prestigious Convention of Friendship.
In an event that will bring together all 60 Lion groups from across the North West, Birchwood Lions have chosen the Park Royal Hotel in Stretton as the venue for the event.
Taking place on March 6, 7, and 8 next year, the convention will culminate with a grand ball based on a theme of the “Roaring Twenties.”
Lions groups aim to empower individuals to serve their communities, meet humanitarian needs, encourage peace and promote understanding through Lions clubs.
