Police seek bicycle flasher

A YOUNG cyclist who shocked two women by exposing himself is being sought by police at Warrington.
The incident took place in Church Street, near the traffic lights by Sainsbury’s store and the junction with St Catherine’s Way.
Two woman were walking near the junction when the offender rode his pedal cyclist in front of them and into the St Catherine’s Way estate.
The women looked into the estate and saw the man had got off his cycle, was standing by it and was indecently exposing himself.
When he was reprimanded by one of the woman he rode off.
Police have issued an e-fit of the offender and are appealing for help from the public in tracking him down.
