Vanished – in a puff of smoke!

A SPECIALLY designated smoking area outside a pub in Warrington has vanished – in a puff of smoke as it were!
The three-foot alloy stand was stolen during the night from the Mulberry Tree pub at Stockton Heath – just metres away from the village police station.
Police are seeking information as to the whereabouts of the stand, finished in blue draped material.
The stands and material act as a cordon outside the pub to separate the smoking area from the pavement and crossing point.
Officers believe the stands were taken between 3.40am and 4am on Tuesday, April 24.
Anyone with any information regarding the incident or the whereabouts of the stands is urged to contact PC Graham Davies at Stockton Heath police station on 0845 458 6372.
