Police hunt flasher

POLICE are hunting a man who exposed himself on three separate occasions on
busy streets in Warrington.
The first incident occurred when the man, believed to be in his mid 20s to 30s, exposed himself on Long Lane when children were making their way to school.
Later, there were two more reports on Forster Street and Norris Street of a man of the same description committing the same act.
Officers are describing him as 6ft, of slim build with light, mousey coloured hair, wearing blue jeans and a jacket.
The incidents all took place on March 13 – and the offender was captured on CCTV.
