Apropo of those Japanese gentlemen duding up to meet girls — there’s a new film I saw this week with Antonio Banderas showing how to wear a suit and tie and a tuxedo with tails, and how to move, especially how to DANCE — he plays a dance teacher named in real life Pierre Demaine — in NYC — and what he teaches is not just movement, but showing respect, courtesy, and desire and how to walk and carry your body… I suppose there won’t anybody in the audience under 30 years old, though even though it’s aimed at the high school audiences.
