Probably because Audi have a bit more money to spend on videos than you do Jim! 
What I can’t work out is who pays Utube to host stuff like this because from what I see there are no adverts and I don’t pay them anything?

you can pay youtube rather than there free service which has higher speed servers so can use HD video streaming more efficiently than the free service HD.
